Easy add of Groups

Hi, I'm wondering if adding candidate Groupsmcan be streamlined. At present it's a lengthy process. Instead, would it be possible to work so when you are choosing a Group, at import checking stage, to have an oiption that lets you "add new group" if there isn't an existing one? This would be far quicker. Many thanks Toby
