I'm looking at ZOHO Subscriptions as the possible solution for my web design startup and there is a lot to like. However, I'm surprised by the glaring lack of a feature that is standard in all competitor solutions: the ability to easily add custom fields to the checkout form (Hosted Pages). I see that you can add custom fields easily in two or three other areas of Preferences, but to add a custom field in Hosted Pages, one must email in the request to have it added manually on the back end?! That doesn't seem very efficient.

There are also a couple of fields in the form that I don't need for my business, like Quantity, which I can't actually remove... It would be nice to have a little more control over the checkout/order form.

Any plans in the near future to enhance the control over this area? 

Or would it be a better idea for me to look at using your API to build my web form instead?
