Email alert?

Good morning, I was wondering if there was any way of setting up an email alert when someone applies for a job directly through our website and 'embeds' their CV to our database. At the moment we get no notification and this is causing us to miss application and duplicates. Would you be able to reply to my query at grant@recruitmentcumbria.com Thank you
