Email attachments do not work
So after a few phone conversations it has been confirmed by Zoho that even though it looks like there is an attachment option with email templates, in reality these do not work. We create an email template, attach a file, make a workflow and the email is sent without an attachment.
This is a basic requirement as businesses want to add files to emails, promotions, leaflets, credit forms etc etc.
Please rectify this and at the same time add the option to add an email attachment to Zoho Inventory which does not exist.
