Email Delivery - Multiple To Contacts
Dear Zoho,
we just found out that when we are using the Zoho email send functionality and sending to multiple contacts. The email will be sent as a separate one.
For instance:
To: john@doe.com, jane@doe.com
CC: xxx@doe.com
It will generate seperate emails where john and jane will not know about each other. I know how to use the CC field as a workaround and technically your solution is not wrong, but take a look at Gmail or Outlook, where multiple recipients in the "To" field won't create seperate E-Mails.
