Enable module to be synced

Enable module to be synced

I'm hoping someone can help with this.  I have a zoho crm account and trialing zoho books, I'm trying to sync my contacts from crm and in zoho books the "enable module to be synced" the import contacts tab has been syncing for 2 days and I cant click on it as it seems to be frozen.  Can someone help or tell me how to refresh this as I have tried on numerous computers but it showing the same thing.  Any ideas?
