Enhancement to client estimate signing in the Zoho Sign-Zoho Finance integration

Hello,

We're happy to announce the release of a widely requested enhancement in the Zoho Sign-Zoho Finance integration.

Users can now send estimates that can be accepted and signed by clients directly from the emails they receive. This enables clients without client portal access to accept and sign estimates, while clients with client portal access no longer need to sign in to do so. Estimates accepted and signed this way can still be accessed by clients from their client portal at a later time.

To enable this enhancement:
  1. Click on the Settings icon at the top-right corner of your screen to toggle the Settings side-pane.
  2. Click Preferences to navigate to the Preferences section.
  3. Click Estimates under SALES in the left menu bar.
  4. Under the General tab, check the 'Allow customers to accept or decline the estimates via the public link' option.
  5. Click Save.
This enhancement is available in Zoho Books and Zoho Invoice at the moment.
