Error 550 - receiving email
Hi,
We've been getting messages from three different customers that our email address was bouncing. Our email address is hello[at]meteoorbooks.com. This was the error message they received:
The response from the remote server was:
550 5.0.1 Recipient rejected
This is completely new behaviour for us. It is not for all customers, as we are still receiving emails to that eaxt same address, but we've now received three notifications of these errors in a single day. We've been handling our email with Zoho for years. Nothing was changed on our behalf, so I'm not sure where the issue could be.
