Error occurred while processing transaction at the gateway

I keep getting this error when attempting to process a payment in forte.com. I'm processing an ACH payment, my user ID is cscanlan@integrityaccountinggroup.com. I contacted support yesterday but I haven't heard anything back. Thank You!!
