Extra menu - "Leads"

Hi, I have Zoho Recruit and I need an extra menu for "leads". I currently have candidates, clients etc but I would like to add one called "leads" which when I have success with I can then convert into a client or candidate contact. Can this be done? Any help would be much appreciated and this would solve a lot of problems for us.
