Hallo,

I need to connect my Facebook profile and Messenger to Zoho social cause many customers contact me trough the chat of my personal Facebook profile.

This is a problem for me cause I cannot manage and organize the chats in the Facebook Messenger native platform but only see the chat in the standard cronological order...

Cause of this I'm missing many potential business because I can't organize my chat view according to the relevance of the messeges...
Is this possible or can you introduce this feature in Zoho Social to mange in a better way the Facebook Messenger chat....???
