I’ve encountered an issue with the feedback settings while creating quizzes in Zoho Learn, and I’m hoping someone can help me figure out a solution.

1. Feedback Swapping Automatically:
   When setting up feedback for right and wrong answers, I select the feedback type as "Correct/Incorrect" and enter custom messages, such as:

   • For the correct answer: "Well done! Correct answer."
   • For the incorrect answer: "Please try again next time."

   However, when I preview the quiz, I’ve noticed that the feedback for the right and wrong answers gets automatically swapped. The correct answer feedback ends up being shown for the wrong answers, and vice versa.

2. Custom Feedback Not Displaying Correctly:
   The previous developer set up feedback for each individual option within the question. This means that each answer choice has some feedback associated with it. However, I want to switch to using custom feedback for the correct and incorrect answer types instead of the feedback for each option.

   When I delete the feedback for all options and set custom feedback (like correct/incorrect type), the feedback doesn’t work. Instead, the feedback for each option still gets displayed when I submit the quiz, even though I’ve removed it and set up custom feedback. This is causing the custom feedback not to appear as expected.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, or does anyone know a fix for it? Any help would be much appreciated!
