Since Notebook announced better file attachments, I have experienced file attachments failing.

When uploaded from my pc to the web version, notebook just spins.  Acting like the attachment is very large.  When it's 30k. If I cancel out of this, the notecard is created, but says I have to download the file rather than it appearing. 

In my workdrive / notebook directory I can see that the attachment uploaded without issue, but somehow the Notebook client isn't completing its process to display the pdf (in this case) correctly.
