Is it possible to filter the actions when seeing the modifications done by someone?

Context: I use "Modified by" to check who was the last person modifying the ticket however, I'm only interested if they modified the ticket in form of a reply (email) or a private comment. How could I filter so only those actions are taken into consideration when I want to see who modified the ticket last?

I see that there is an "Interaction type", would that be accurate and if so, what are the interaction's types available? As I tried by typing "Private comment" and it didn't work.
