Is there really no possibility to add free text and alternative line items to quotes and invoices in Zoho Books? I haven't seen any software before, where you can't insert this!? We often have the requirement to insert additional texts between the articles or to insert alternative articles (with quantity 0). But articles with serial numbers must have a quantity > 0 and that makes no sense in quotes?! Is something planned in this direction / on the roadmap? Subtotals would also be very helpful when preparing quotations!
