Full RTL and Hebrew Translation Support for Zoho Creator User Portal (Including All System Pages, Templates, and MFA Screens)

Dear Zoho Creator Team,

We kindly request comprehensive support for right-to-left (RTL) languages, particularly Hebrew, across the entire Zoho Creator user portal. This includes system-generated pages, templates, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) workflows.


đź§© Requested Enhancements:

1. Email Templates:

Please allow RTL and Hebrew support in:

  • Invitation Template

  • Send Approval Template

  • Reset Password Template

Required:

  • Proper RTL formatting and Hebrew translations.

  • Ability to translate all static text, buttons, and variables.

  • Text direction toggle (not just alignment).


2. Portal Pages:

Please extend RTL and Hebrew capabilities to:

  • Sign In

  • Sign Up

  • Reset Password

  • Create Password

Needs:

  • RTL support and full translation (error messages, placeholders, buttons).

  • UI components aligned appropriately for RTL.

  • Seamless experience for Hebrew-speaking users.


3. OTP Page & Related Flows:

Currently not customizable — please:

  • Make the OTP page fully editable.

  • Allow RTL formatting and full translation.

  • Include sub-pages such as:

    • “Can’t access your mobile device?”

    • “Enter OTP” and related instructions.


4. System Error Page:

Current default message:

This application is not accessible.

Please allow:

  • Full translation and RTL layout.

  • Button styling and message editing.


5. Password Change Confirmation Page:

6. OTP/MFA Configuration Page:

Our customers and users primarily use Hebrew. Without RTL and translation support, the experience appears unprofessional and inconsistent. These improvements will:

  • Improve accessibility.

  • Enhance user trust.

  • Deliver a seamless localized portal experience.


We hope this feature request will be considered for implementation soon. Please let us know if any of these items are on the roadmap or if interim workarounds exist.
