Hello.

I identify website visitors coming from Active Campaign by adding the SalesIQ URL parameter in the emails links. It then creates a new lead in Zoho CRM.

- in Zoho SalesIQ / CRM : I can see the identified visitors, and also their page visits in the CRM module

- in Zoho MH : When an identified visitor hits a goal, the goal is registered, but the visitor is reported as "unknown" (although the visitor appears as identified in the Zoho MH leads list witch is in sync with Zoho CRM)
