Google Voice Integration - Zoho Recruit

I would like to be able to track calls that are made to new candidates in zoho recruit. SO a data tracking page allowing users to track how many phone calls were made within a given time period, along with being able to use google voice login credentials and telephone number to call from their GV number. I think there's an API already for CRM. Can we use it in recruit as well? I think GV is going to end this year, but maybe design it for Google Hangouts so we can use that call platform?
