Is it possible to have both a Relative Date filter and Date Range filter in a dashboard?

I have a Dashboard and by default all of my charts show yesterday's data, based on the default value of the Relative Date filter at the top of the page. I want to add a Date Range filter, but I see I need to select "All" in my Relative Date filter before the Date Range filter takes effect.

So, is it possible to show yesterday's data for all charts while still having the option of using a Date Range filter, without having to modify the Relative Date filter first?
