Help with multiple expenses of same kind.

Hi!

Hoping for some help, or a work around. We are loving Zoho books, but have issue. We buy stock images for clients and need to add them to invoices. This is easy to do. The problem is, we may have a project that has 20 stock images. This comes through as 20 transaction in banking, and when we match them and add them too an invoice, it is then 20 lines of the same thing on an invoice.

We can't seem to find a work around to allow us to list it as "Stock Images x 20" and still have all the transactions in banking matched and categorised.

Any help appreciated.
