We want to develop a New Hire Request Form helping hiring managers to initiate the recruitment process for all new and existing staff. Can this form be integrated with Zoho Recruit? I did not see any form customization on Zoho Recruit only on Zoho People.

Once filled, can the information entered been used to update Zoho Recruit? Can we use the approval process?
