Dear all,
I'm new to Zoho, and would like to verify certain things :
1. I want to import manual journals, but whenever I input contact names, Zoho doesn't recognise the contacts and refuse to import. I made sure names in excel file and names in system are the same. Can you help me ?
2. I'd like to have a report of, let say P&L, month over month from January to date. Is there a way to do it without manually extract each month ?
3. When I record payments to my employees, I have to classify their contacts as vendors, is that right ? And let say I have to pay them 1000$ commission, 200$ salary, but I actually pay only 900$ because I have to retain 300$ to pay to the tax authority (150$) and to the social security agency (150$), what is the best way to record it ?
