How do I add another email for someone else?

I see where it says Add Account but it asks for POP and server info. I just want to add new emails at the name URL I purchased from Zoho.

So I have Terra@ my URL

and I want to add info@ my URL

and other people on the team @ my URL

How do I do it? Do they first have to sign up for Zoho? It is very unclear.
