How do I assign a Role and Profile to a client contact in Zoho Recruit?

How do I assign a Role and Profile to a client contact in Zoho Recruit?

I am trying to set up my client portal in Zoho Recruit and I cannot figure out how to assign a role and profile to the client contact. When I click "Invite Contact" I get an error message that the Role is missing but I do not see how to assign this to the contact.
