First of all, I know a little but not a lot about bookkeeping. That is why I hired a virtual assistant to do my books for me this year. She literally took all my banking info plus my receipts for expenses and manually added them into Zoho books for the entire year in a two week span. In doing so, she entered all my sales as "sales without invoices". They have all been categorized (although I don't know what that means). I need to create invoices for all those sales and record them as paid so I have a record of their payment. The customers will never see these invoices, I just need them for record keeping purposes. When I create an invoice and mark it as paid, it looks like I got paid by that customer twice. I tried deleting the "sales without invoices" line items but all it did was send those items to the uncategorized tab. I think what I want to do is delete them, but I don't know how.
