How do I delete a Subscription?

How do I delete a Subscription?

I have had issues adding new subscriptions, as I am new to this, but I have since tried to delete a few, and they remain in the Subscriptions screen as "Cancelled".

I want them binned.  Removed.  So I have a clean slate of correct subscriptions.

How do I do that?
