How to Add Employees or Subcontractors

How to Add Employees or Subcontractors

I see I can add a "Contact" but it only shows certain billing terms like net 15, 30, etc.
I want to add subcontractors that I am paying weekly.

Would these people go in Contacts or somewhere else?  Also, I would like to be able to run "Subcontractor Pay" reports too so I would need a way to distinguish them from other contacts.
