I am working on zoho subscriptions and I want to trigger a Time-based workflow in which I want to send email to owner of Zoho Subscription about to upgrade of subscriptions. 

Is this possible using workflows from CRM or in Zoho Subscriptiosn?

Or if it is possible using Zoho API?

Any help will be appreciated.
