How to create a flow that creates tickets automaticaly everyday based on specific times
Hi guys
Does anyone know how to create a flow that will create tickets automaticaly in ZOHO Desk when a certain time is reached. Im havin a hard time configuring a flow that will create tickets automaticaly everyday during specific hours of the day
For example:
A ticket should be created automaticaly when the time is 9am and then when the agent fails to solve the ticket before the due date, a notification will be sent to him, explaining that the ticket has expired, if he leaves it without being closed it will send a notification to his supervisors.
These tickets need to be created automaticaly from monday to friday, at a specific configured times and be able to notify agents and supervisors if the ticket has not been solved.
