We are a developed agency and we use contracts with hours for our clients. So we have a client that pays X EUR for 10 hours of work.

Now we want to use ZOHO for all of our internal processes so we need a solution for this. Is it possible to create a customer contract (not SLA) where you can define hours in combination of tasks for a client.

Contract : 10 hours

- Ticket 1 -  2 hours spend

- Ticket 2 - 3 hours spend

Hours left : 5.

If we made 10 hours with the client the contract must be renewed.
