Greetings

I need a way to show data in my reports measured against a reference, for example i have a table of meetings where i need to report employees' attendance on each meeting, the problem is that analytics report shows only the meetings that the employee has attended, while if the employee misses a meeting, that meeting won't show up on the report at all. i want that meeting to be shown but have a blank point on it to show that the employee has been absent, basically i want to have all the meetings appear regardless of whether the employee has attended or not. how can i do something like that? checkout the screenshots to see what i'm talking about
