Incoming Email Not Coming Through

Hi Zoho Team,


I’ve recently set up my domain-based email with Zoho and everything appears configured correctly. However, I’m currently unable to receive any incoming emails.


Could you please assist me in checking the following:


  • MX records are set properly
  • If there are any issues with domain verification or propagation
  • Any spam filtering or delivery errors on your end



I’ve tested sending emails to the address from multiple sources and none have come through.


Appreciate your help in resolving this as soon as possible. Please let me know if you need any account-specific details or DNS screenshots.
