One of our collegues logged into his instagram from the main brand channel settings long time ago...now that we're actually trying to go live (we purchased this licence for API testing purposes only) when I hit disconnect from his instagram profile it says "We'll let you know when the account gets disconnected". It took ages so I kindly asked him to do a manual instagram un-authorization directly from his mobile instagram app and he did...he sen't me the screenshots.

 

Now I click reconnect and login on the right account on zoho instagram channel settings...I get redirrected to instagram to login and auth but when I click authorize this comes up: "Instagram: Are you sure you're logged in to the Instagram account that's connected with this Brand?"
