Hii Zoho team,
You have given a feature to integrate quick books and Zoho crm. But you have not integrated very own zoho crm and zoho books. Integrating the two would be really awesome..
If there is a system where an invoice created in zoho crm would create an invoice in zoho books and give a pop up to record necessary bills and expenses against that Invoice , it would be nothing like it.
Also you need to give more options to customize the Dashboard. You have given an awesome Dashboard which gives overdue invoices and Expenses Date wise ( 1-15, days etc). If you could also give a feature which helps users see the due receipts( invoices) and expenses the same way ( next 15 days, 15-30 days), It would help business owners get an insight of their business. Currently there is a feature to see only overdue receipts and expenses in the Dash borad, request you to update settings where we can view recorded receipts and expenses for next two months ( 1-15 days, 15-30 days, 30-45 days etc) though they are not over due.
Also include an option of addings notes and Task so that the accountant may write some information or put tasks
