Invited User - You don't have permission to access Zoho Docs

Invited User - You don't have permission to access Zoho Docs

I have invited a User to my organization from one of my Client's. However on clicking to accept the invitation and setting log-in password, they receive the message:

"You don't have permission to access Zoho Docs"

Any thoughts as to how I can resolve?
