Is there somewhere that I can set my invoicing or my timesheets to charge by the quarter hour? 

For example: If I spent 01:10 on a project, I charge for 01:15. I round up to the closest quarter hour.

My other billing program that I'm leaving gives me the option to round up by quarter, or half hour increments.
