In Books you can only schedule an email to be sent at 8:00am, 5:00pm and 12:00am.

In the API you can customize this scheduled time

It would be great if you could allow any time to be entered to schedule an email. 

Use case - the timing of the delivery of an email may be dependent on other factors and we should have the flexibility to change the time.
