On viewing the template for Bills in Zoho Books, the only placeholder fields available with address relate to the Contact but this is irrelevant for vendor bills.

When you have multiple vendors of same name (they each have a different office address) we would wanto to show the vendor address on the bill but the best we can do is to only see the Vendor name.
