Is it possible to sync data every 5–10 minutes in Zoho Analytics (CRM or Excel imports)?

Hello Team,

I want to know if Zoho Analytics supports near real-time syncing of data from different sources.

My requirements:

  1. I am importing data from Zoho CRM → Zoho Analytics

  2. I also have some datasets maintained in Excel/CSV

  3. I want both data sources to sync automatically every 5 minutes or 10 minutes

My questions:

  1. Does Zoho Analytics support syncing CRM data every 5–10 minutes?

  2. If not directly, can this be done using Zoho Flow, APIs, or any other Zoho service?

  3. Can Excel/CSV files (local drive, Google Drive, OneDrive, Zoho WorkDrive, etc.) be auto-synced every 10 minutes?

  4. What is the minimum refresh interval Zoho Analytics allows for CRM and external file sources?

At the moment, I only see hourly or manual refresh options.
I want to confirm if shorter intervals like 5–10 minutes are possible by any method.
