my company's Zoho Recruit is integrated with Twilio as SMS Gateway, from which It is possible to send and receive SMS.

Is it possible to set up a workflow though, that sends an email every time an inbound SMS comes in?

As the volume of SMS increases, it is getting harder for the Recruiters to keep track of all the incoming SMS on valuable time, since the incoming SMS alerts appear, as far as I know, only in the notification bell.
