One of the trickiest things I've encountered as a business owner is keeping track of my bookkeeper's performance. I've actually never really done it but I think its time for me to start doing so.
Does Zoho Books by any chance keep activity logs? It would be very useful if there was a way for me to generate activity log reports. For example, I'd like to know:
- How many items were reconciled this week or month.
- How many payments were posted this a week or month
- How many reports my bookkeeper generated
- Anything and everything that can be quantified for performance evaluation and tracking purposes
I pay freelance bookkeepers by the hour which is why I'd like to keep tabs on their performance.
