Is there an effective way for me to report on the following?

1. Is there a way for me to associate a cost to a project resource?
2. Get the hourly rate to appear on the timesheet report?  

Being able to report on hourly cost and rate would be great.  It is one of the things that keeps me from embracing both the out of the box Zoho Books reports as well as build my own using Zoho Reports.  It looks like the billing rule that figures the rate only gets applied when the invoice is generated.
