Issue with cv mailbox

Hello, 

We are 4 users of Zoho recruit and we do have some issues to upload cv via emails we had on our outlook.
We have created different xxx@zoho.com email address to integrate cv more easily than saving documents on our desktop and so on.

But, this is not working all the time. Sometimes, even if we received the forwarded email on our personal zoho.com mailbox, the cv is not implemented in the database.
In that case, we do have to use a more generic address that we previously used (dcp....) and which is also having the same issue.

So we are constantly switching email address to see which is one is working properly at the specific time.

Any ideas what might cause this?
