Issue with Zoho Creator Form Full-Screen View in CRM Related List Integration

Hi Team,

We have created a custom application in Zoho Creator and integrated it into Zoho CRM as a related list under the Vendor module, which we have renamed as Consignors.

Within the Creator application, there is a form named “Pickup Request.” Inside this form, we have a field called “Consignor Name,” which is an integration field mapped to the Consignor Name field in the CRM Consignors module.

Issue Description:

When we try to create a Pickup Request from within the Zoho CRM related list, the following issues occur:

  1. The Creator form opens only in half-page view within the CRM related list.

  2. There is a Full Screen option available at the top-right corner.

    • When clicked, the screen switches to full screen mode, but the form still remains in half-page view.

  3. Only after clicking the Reset button does the form properly expand into full-screen view.

  4. If we press the Esc key, the view reverts back to the default half-page related list view.

  5. When the form is submitted while in full-screen mode, it does not redirect back to CRM or the related list view.

  6. The screen gets stuck on the form, and the only way to return to CRM is by using the browser back button.

This behavior appears to be a UI/UX bug in the Creator–CRM related list integration, specifically affecting the full-screen functionality and post-submission redirection.
