My process includes a form which gets filled by a customer who wants to post a job opening. This is done in ZoHo Forms and automated via ZoHo Flow. The problem is that Recruit uses an RTF field for the job description which can not be filled using ZoHo flow or formatted using ZoHo forms. The result is a job opening with plain text and no formatting which doesn't look good.
