so most recruiters will have multiple of the same job across a company. E.g. at the moment I have 18 roles with 1 company across various regions. So my issue is that the "mass update" for jobs realistically is not a good tool. 

I would suggest offering:

Mass update for relisting jobs on job boards. 

Mass update for canceling jobs 

Mass update for altering job title

Mass update for all candidates associated with the jobs. 

mass update with the ability to send emails to all job applicants, as happens 99% of the time in recruitment things are often delayed. hence this would be helpful.
