Job Posting on Social Media boards

Job Posting on Social Media boards

Hello,

I have posted job opening on LinkedIn and Facebook. I received an email that status is:

Queued - Post will become active within 8 to 24 hours from the time of posting.

I do not see the post for approval on company's Linkedin or Facebook page. So what does that status exactly means?
