Lack of customer service and poor product functionalty is getting old....!!!

I do not intend to speak for others who use ZOHO Books but I will provide my opinion here. I am getting sick of the poor customer service from this company. Just because the representatives comment on a question or a requirement does not make for good customer service. I need to see some real movement with the updates to the system. You keep informing us that:

 "Zoho Books doesn't support writing OR printing the checks at the moment. We've already added this feature to our road-map and we are adding your vote. We'll keep you posted once this is available. Sorry about disappointing you now!"

"This feature is not on our priority list as of now. We will forward your request to the concerned team for discussion and consideration and keep you posted on any updates in this regard. Please bear with us until then, we appreciate your patience."

I don't know about everyone else but, this is getting old. I understand that you respond this way to keep from actually answering the questions correctly. I believe that your product could be great if you actually updated the system on a more timely basis. We as customers should not have to wait 6 months, a year or even 2 years for simple updates.

I am now currently seeking a better online accounting program to change over to due to the lack of customer service and product functionality. An accounting program that doesn't allow writing checks, Invoices do not reflect the estimate it was converted from, Printing multiple invoices, we have to bill each invoice separately, REALLY !!
