I'm looking at deploying Cliq to potentially many computers and there are a few settings I would like to pre-set for my users. The Cliq notifications are much better (in my opinion) than the Windows ones so I'd like to default every user install to use the native Cliq notifications.

Are the settings for the desktop version of Cliq stored in a file or registry somewhere so that I can adjust them with a script? Or is there a way to include a config file with the MSI during installation?
