Making posting Job Openings more User Friendly and Efficient
Idea #1 If you are updating to your own website and no other job boards you should be able to do a mass update. A user should not have to individually publish each opening 1 by one if he/she is only posting to his own site.
Idea #2 Reduce the number of clicks to publish a job opening. In order to publish a job to your website you have to go through 3 button clicks..(Publish, Proceed and Finish) its necessary and excessive, especially when you have numerous positions to post considering you do not allow mass updates. Reduce the number of clicks
